Everything we get asked

Who owns the ad accounts and analytics properties?

You or your client — always. We operate inside your MCC and your properties with delegated access, and that access is revoked cleanly on exit. There is never a migration project.

Will our clients know you exist?

No. Portals, reports, decks and any client-facing document carry your brand only. We are contractually bound not to approach your clients.

Do you also sell directly to clients?

No. Our entire book is agencies, which means we are never competing for the accounts you are pitching. This is a structural choice, not a policy we could quietly reverse.

How long does onboarding take?

An access audit takes a few days. A pilot account can be live within about two weeks of that. Full roster migration happens in waves at whatever pace your team can absorb.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum account count and no long lock-in. One account and one channel is a legitimate starting point.

How is it priced?

Per account and channel, so cost tracks what you are actually running rather than a fixed retainer. We quote after the access audit, when we know what state the accounts are in.

What happens if we want to leave?

We remove our access. Accounts, properties, tags and historical data were always yours and stay exactly where they are.

Can we keep strategy in-house and outsource only execution?

Yes, and that is the most common arrangement we run. Plenty of agencies hold client relationships and strategy and push delivery out.

What if an account is already a mess?

That is normal and it is why we audit before quoting. We will tell you if the honest first step is a rebuild rather than optimization.

Do you work with agencies outside the US?

Our delivery is tuned to US market specifics — platforms, compliance, local search. We take non-US agencies only where the end clients are US-based.
